Jo Wood is to lift the lid on her 24-year marriage to Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood in a revealing autobiography to be released in 2013.

The 57-year-old recently finishing penning her life story, but unfortunately she hasn't broken the news to her unsuspecting ex-husband just yet!

'I've just finished writing my autobiography," she told MailOnline while attending the launch of the Volvo V60 Plug-in Diesel Hybrid at Goodwood Festival of Speed in Chichester, West Sussex.

'I haven't told Ronnie about it. It kind of slipped my mind! I saw him the other day, and I thought "Oh no, I can't tell him now". I might wait for him to find out in another way! No, I should tell him. I will tell him soon.'

When asked if her former husband should be worried about the revelations the book contains, she replied, 'Maybe a little bit!'

'I found a great ghostwriter who I absolutely adore and we've had a look of fun writing it,’ she added. ‘It's very funny actually. I've got lots of funny stories you see! I really enjoyed doing it.'

Her autobiography, due for release next year, will no doubt make fascinating reading.

Jo and Ronnie have two children, Leah, 33, and Tyrone, 28, and were together for 30 years.

She was a huge support to the rocker during their union, accompanying him on every tour and standing by him during his numerous spells in rehab for alcohol addiction. 

The couple’s divorce was finalised in 2011, two years after he left her for then-waitress Ekaterina Ivanova in July 2008.

He split from Ekaterina the following year and has since dated Brazilian model Ana Araujo. 

While Ronnie, 65, is now in a relationship with brunette theatre producer Sally Humphreys, Jo has remained single since their marriage ended, and says that she rarely gets asked out on dates.

'I'm not dating anybody'’ she told Mail Online. 'Maybe there's something wrong with me! Nobody ever asks me out. Or maybe I'm just not in the right place at the right time.

Although she’s not short of male company thanks to having many friends of the opposite sex, t he ex-model says she has no idea why she hasn’t found a new love.

‘I'm thinking of going to a dating agency,’ joked the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant.

Jo, who now runs her own organics empire, Jo Wood Organics, took part in Volvo’s panel discussion on Sustainable Luxury at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, where she spoke about her organic lifestyle and the importance of fair-trade fashion.

She admitted it took a lot longer to set up her organic company than she anticipated.

She said: 'I wanted all sustainable products, no chemicals at all, all organic.

'They're all made in Devon, but it took two years instead of six months.'

She was joined by her daughter Leah, who recently moved back to England after three years living in Sydney, Australia.

Also attending the panel at the Volvo launch was Downton Abbey star Hugh Bonneville, who in the past has admitted his wife Lulu drives one of the brand's vehicles.
