She was on hand to promote a new cosmetic surgery venue in her home county of Essex last night.
But one thing's for sure you wouldn't want Chloe Sims operating on you herself.
The Only Way Is Essex star was photographed trying to promote the clinic... by waving a pair of scissors around.

The glamour model turned up to the new SPM Academy in Romford earlier today.
And she was the special guest of the afternoon as she was given the task of cutting the ribbon to officially mark its opening.
Chloe dressed to impress for the occasion as she stepped out in a high wasited yellow skirt with a black top tucked in.

While she made it even more stylish with a black leather jacket and ankle boots with peep toes.
The surgically enhanced star looked the picture of perfection as she showed off her flowing mane of brunette hair and lashings of make-up.
She held the pink ribbon and cut it with her scissors as she happily smiled for the cameras during the event.

Chloe then posed next to a blonde woman who lay down on a beauty bed.
The reality TV star wrote on Twitter earlier today: 'Everyone should follow @spm_academy I'll be at there centre in Romford today at 2pm! Come say hello xxx.'

she kinda looks like leah from home and away! she seems pretty harmless though- just another young woman with low self-esteem! she was very pretty before surgery,still pretty now but kinda fake-looking!

I think Chloe looks really pretty in the bottom picture. People are quick to judge her but she does come across as a really sweet person on TOWIE.

It must make her so proud, to be asked to open a cosmetic surgery clinic, but what she probably doesn't realise is that it's NOT because she's ''famous'', it's really because she's had SO much of it herself that she's literally a walking advertisement for PLASTIC surgery... All her ''hard work'' has finally paid off. What a successful and fulfilling life she must lead!
