Mariah Carey's estranged HIV-positive ex-prostitute sister has issued a desperate plea to her superstar sister - to let her meet her niece and nephew.

Alison Carey, 50, revealed she yearned to finally meet her sisters children Moroccan Scott and Monroe.

As the mother-four spoke out from her Long Island outpatient facility her sister took to the stage at the 11th edition of the Mawazine International Music Festival in an outfit dripping with gold, a far cry from Alison's lifestyle.

Alison Carey, 50, has begged Mariah, 42, to get in touch after a number of health scares and a lengthy battle with drugs.

She told The Sun: ‘If I had a message it would be, “Just call me”.’

Her HIV positive sibling â€" who revealed she worked as a prostitute in New York to clothe and feed their family before she Mariah found fame - hasn’t spoken to the star properly since ha ving a huge argument in 1994.

Now she is trying to reconnect following the first birthday of her nephew and niece â€" fathered by presenter Nick Cannon - Moroccan and Monroe.
