They may star in a TV show about their native county in The Only Way Is Essex, but their second home is just as important to them.

Reality TV star Frankie Essex loves Marbella, in Spain, so much that she has returned their for yet another quick break.

It is the second time this month that the 24-year-old has been in the popular holiday area after partying there just three weeks ago.

While it is a little unimaginative to return to the exact same destination within such a short time period, Frankie at least has a good excuse.

The blonde was in the hot-spot, which her cast mates refer to as Marbs, for business as well as pleasure.

The rest of the crew will also be in the area soon to film an episode of TOWIE which will take place in the Costa del Sol region.

With shooting not due to begin until next week, Frankie decided to fly in a week early for a short stint at a boot camp.

Her battle with her weight gain has been well documented on the TV show and the results of her fight with the flab have been astonishing.

She managed to shed a whole stone in just two weeks after beginning a tough fitness regime last month and the fat has continued to fall off.

Frankie looked her slimmest ever as she lay around the swimming pool showing off her slightly toned physique.

She wore a bright peach colour bikini bottom with a sparkly pattern top, with her long blonde hair down.

The trim blonde grimaced when she took a dip in the cooling waters of the pool and later frolicked at the side, just dipping her toes in.

She was obviously very excited to be returning to her favourite haunt and tweeted: 'Such a lovely day... Can't wait for holiday #bootcamp #party #marbella @LaurenGoodger #cantwait xXx'.

Fran kie only arrived in Marbella last night and was again overly excited about her journey.

'On our way to the airport!! ♥ Marbella here we come ♥', she said.

Frankie was showing a lot of confidence considering on last week's episode she was complaining about her body shape.

On Wednesday night, viewers saw her discussing her stretch marks and showing her friends how much excess skin she had on her belly from losing weight.

However, there were no signs of looseness when she was strutting around the pool in the sunshine today.

She seems really nice. Definitely one of the nicest and most genuine out of the TOWIE lot.

She looks great! Before any mean comments start, she has lost a tonne of weight from when she was younger so has looser skin, making her looking less toned. But she's actually got far more energy and determination than most of us to get a brill body like hers. Nice person as well :-) happy days

She has done well slimming down but that is it she isnt pretty in the face all fake tan and fake blonde extensions.

I like the Essex family, including Chloe Sims, seem like a really nice down to earth family. Only people I rate on TOWIE.
