He's only been driving since December, but its looks like Harry Styles has developed quite a taste for expensive cars.
The One Direction singer, 18, has rented a $195,000 Ferrari California convertible to drive around Los Angeles in while the group are recording their second album.
The lavish car, which includes a 4.3 engine and power steering, can be rented from $1,669 to $2,200 a day.

Petrolhead: One Direction singer Harry Styles heads out for a drive in a Ferrari California in Beverly Hills over the weekend

Flash: The 18-year-old singer is driving a Ferrari California convertible, which costs $195,000
Harry and his bandmates are currently recording their new album during a break from their Up All Night Tour.
His spokesperson confirmed Harry rented the car as his mode of transport for a few days.
They're due to perform in Duluth, Georgia tonight, with a further four gigs before the tour ends in Sunrise, Florida on July 1.
Back home in England, he drives a £100,000 Audi R8 Coupe and a Range Rover Sport.

Expensive insurance: Having only been driving a few months, it will cost a lot to insure the teenager
He had to pay £15,000 to insure the Range Rover because his age, lack of experience and profession aren't so attractive to insurers.
But given the group are so successful, Harry won't need to worry about finding the funds to pay for his expensive car insurance.
Meanwhile, in an interview on Sunday with the Daily Record, his father Des Styles has spoken about his son's way with the ladies.
Des said: 'With Caroline Flack, you can imagine, dads and sons, itâs like, "Fair play, son." But it was a bit ridiculous, 32 or whatever she was and 17. Itâs a bit extreme really.

I've got wheels! The singer looked like he was enjoying cruising around Beverly Hills
'Heâs just got this fantastic personable demeanour to him. Clearly heâs a bit special.
'Itâs not just his looks but heâs very charming, itâs like a gift really. I always knew heâd succeed at whatever he did because heâd always charm people, from performing in the car or on Âholiday heâd always be able to hold a crowd or hold a room even when he was a kid.
'As far as I know, Harry doesnât have a girlfriend at the moment. Theyâre very rarely in the same place for him to be able to do that.'

How cute: Harry tweeted a photo of himself as a child with old school friend Alice Fagan on his Twitter yesterday

No your missing the point, there's far too much manufactured music in this country, this band included who are making lots of money from songs they don't even write, for music instruments they can't even play. The songs are ridiculously annoying and have no depth. It seems to me the thicker you are in this country, the more successes you gain. And don't get me started on Simon Cowell, if I bumped into him in the street he'd get to feel the front end of my shoe rather quickly. He knows absolutely nothing about real music!!!!! - Simon, England------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The thing is though, you're just a music snob. You see yourself as a music connoisseur based on the fact you don't like mainstream music. We don't need to talk about how ignorant that is it terms of accepting other peoples tastes. It is a bit strange however that you can't grasp the fact people have to like music for it to sell and One Direction sure as hell sell.

Uhm... I would do the same if I was him, haha.

I sometimes think England doesn't like young people very much. He could have gone on benefits or joined a drug dealing gang, but no, he went on a talent show in an effort to follow his dream. They seem to work very hard and I was wondering when they get a day off. The cost of renting and insuring the car does seem excessive (more money than sense), but it's his money to spend. It would be sad though that, if the band don't achive longevity, he could fing himself penniless. Might be more prudent to save some for a rainy day. To be honest, I wouldn't have at that age.

DM, there are four other members of One Direction. Write about them sometime please.

He seems to spend his money on cars, while the rest of the band spend their money on houses! Now who is being the most intelligent?
