Miley Cyrus cut a very glamorous figure as she supported boyfriend Liam Hemsworth at the Australians In Film Awards.
But today she showed the reality behind her red carpet look as she revealed her make-up free skin - and a love bite on her neck.

Not only was she spotty, but she was somewhat bloodied, as she appeared to have had a little pick at some of them.
The singer and actress revealed the spots on her cheeks as she earlier indulged in a fast food pit-stop with a friend, clearly enjoying a day off from her gluten free diet.Â
Despite her busy career and engagement to Liam Hemsworth, the starlet reminded the world that she was still very much in her adolescent years despite her sometimes mature style of dressing.

Rummaging around in her purse, the Last Song star panicked when she realised that she had no cash.
But luckily the kind employee let her take off with the food for free.

Choosing the healthier option on the menu, the burger is wrapped in a lettuce leaf rather than between two sugary buns.
However, Miley did up the calorie intake with a side of fries.
During her day out in the Californian sunshine, Miley and her friend stopped by a gas station to refuel their flashy ride.
The singer stayed in the car and applied some lip balm while her friend pumped the gas for her.

The super confident 19-year-old hit the recording studio in Burbank in a white tank, studded black shorts, and big boots to work on her new album, which will be produced by rapper-producer Pharrell Williams and LA-based Hit-Boy.

The outing comes after Miley attended the Australians In Film event in Century City last night with her fiancé Liam.

The couple stepped out together in Hollywood for the first time since Liam's proposal as the Hunger Games star received the Breakthrough Award.
For the outing Miley looked flawless as she slipped into a revealing black cut-away dress, which gave the illusion she was wearing a bra on the red-carpet.

During the night the couple were at odds during a charity auction, trying to out bid each other over a collection of limited edition of fine art photographs of Heath Ledger.
The late actor appears with Australian actress Rose Byrne in the series, which is signed and numbered by photographer Rupert Thorpe.
The pictures, taken shortly after Heath had completed work in Two Hands, were shot during an trip to Las Vegas back in 1999.
After a furious flurry of bids back and forth, Miley eventually won the day, pipping her fiance with a massive final bid of $22,000 and declaring: 'I win, I'm done.'
The series of seven fine art prints are to be donated in Miley's name to an upcoming Heath Ledger exhibition at the Western Australia Museum.
Meanwhile Miley has said that she thinks Australians are 'hotter' than other nationalities.
The actress thinks men from the country are particularly masculine and echo her own upbringing in Nashville, Tennessee.
She said: 'Australians are way hotter, there’s no competition. I think there’s a masculinity about Australian guys that is probably like growing up in the South, like I did. They are a little bit more respectful I suppose.'
Miley also gus hed about Liam’s willingness to work hard, praising him for being 'passionate' about his craft like her father Billy Ray Cyrus is about music.
She added to People.com: 'My dad has always been a really hard worker, so I like when men work hard.
'I think it’s important and I always work really hard, so it’s good to have someone who is passionate about what they do, and wants to be great at what they do.'
Despite being just 19, insiders close to Miley claim she and 22-year-old Liam are ready for marriage, but do not want to rush.
A source said: 'They are both mature and ready for this. Miley is 19 going on 40. Right now they are enjoying being engaged. There is no rush.'

Why don't we allow these people to get on with their lives without this constant supervision. I understand that they court publicity but come on for gods sake... So Miley has spots. Cassie Carpenter.... How would you feel if this were your daughter. The problem is you press hounds won't allow anyone to disappear into the obscurity their talent deserves....

Yummy - In and Out Burger is delicious, I wish there was one close to me. And that car is absolutely beautiful! As for her skin....get over it. She has to wear loads of make up to look good for the cameras, it's common sense that it would make her face break out. Big deal.

She is not taking a day off from her Gluten Free diet by eating a protein style burger because the protein style burgers at In-n-Out are Gluten Free and so are the fries because they are cooked in a dedicated fryer! Get your facts correct before you write nonsense.

oh my God, In N Out Burger ... haven't had that in years since moving from California ... If any of you commenters and readers ever head out to CA, I advice you to go to that heavenly fast food place!! One of the best burgers in Calfornia - and it's fast food!

Thats not a love bite. not been funny but shes only human we all go out looking less than perfect from time to time and its clear she was having a relaxed day as she was eating fast food who doesnt do that when theyv been out partying the night before. Mileys beautiful.
