She's no stranger to strutting her stuff on a catwalk but now Miranda Kerr has taken her style to the stables.

The beautiful Australian model has turned equestrian in a series of beguiling shots for Harper's Bazaar magazine.

The 29-year-old is seen brandishing a riding crop as she sashays around in luxurious underwear and riding attire.

In one shot Miranda poses in just a satin bra and a tweed waistcoat with a riding hat perched on her head.

In her gloved hands she is grasping a riding crop and gazing into the camera.

The gorgeous images have been taken by Giampaolo Sgura  and the leafy green backdrop is actually Mike Tyson's former estate in New Jersey.

The shoot appears to have taken inspiration from the hit fiction novel Fifty Shades of Grey, with bondage notes visibly in some of the outfits and the riding crop a recurring theme.

As well as modelling the lingerie which ranges from Azzedine Alaia to Hermes and Victoria’s Secret, Miranda speaks about being mother to her adorable baby boy Flynn in the accompanying interview.

Speaking about her perfect day she says: 'to wake up to the sound of my son saying "Mama, mama!2 It’s the best sound ever. Then I just love to get him out of bed and he can jump into bed with us, and we have cuddle time.'

And the Victoria's Secret model admitted that she and husband Orlando Bloom are likely to expand their family in the future.

She said: 'I think probably, yes. Having a child is the most incredible experience. What’s surprised me most is just how incredible the bond is between you and your child. To watch him grow and evolve every day is really inspiring.'

Miranda shocked fans when she took to the catwalk two months after giving birth to Flynn she says she didn't feel any pressure to slim down focusing instead on breastfeeding her son.

She explained: 'I didn’t feel pressure to snap back into shape. My priority was just having my son and breastfeeding, which was something I really wanted to do, and it came easily. I’m actually still making milk now but, you know, he’s got teeth.'

Miranda also reveals a talent most fans may not be aware of not only is an incredible model but the Australian also loves to sing and has recorded a few covers of songs too.

OK.I give up DM. She’s pretty.VERY pretty. But this illustrates why she's an average, uninspiring model, who doesn’t deserve all the attention. Google (and also search Werbowy, Raquel Z., Doutzen or Lara Stone to compare) her work. You know, the WORK. Her craft legacy. If it's a fashion mag., VS, whatever, she has 1 look, 3 poses, 2 head angles and 2 expressions, both vacant (it's dreamy stare or “come hither, maybe”). And what’s w/ the photoshopping when she's straight on to camera to make her face look squarer, HB? BTW, I'd never know these quotes weren't taken from any and all her other interviews. She says the same things - I love my son, he's important. Breastfeeding! - things anyone would or should say, over over over. It’s not just her. But why do some celebs feel the need to repeatedly state their priorities? Who are they trying to convince? It must be b/c they’ve heard otherwise or believe their actions indicate something to t he contrary of their rhetoric or intentions.

Wow! She looks beautiful in all of them, but that second picture is stunning!
