Rumours about the nature of their relationship have been swirling for some time, but it's being reported that things 'seem to be heating up' between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.
The Rum Diary co-stars are said to be so close that bisexual actress Heard, 26, has been a 'regular visitor' to the New Mexico set of The Lone Ranger where 49-year-old Depp is currently filming.
And Johnny, who made an official announcement that he had split from partner of 14 years Vanessa Paradis on Tuesday, is even said to have bought Heard a horse so they can ride together, according to a report in Globe magazine.

Vanessa and Johnny had not been pictured together in public for months, but the Dark Shadows star insisted last month that there was no truth to rumours of a split.
'The rumours are not true,' he told The Sun newspaper. 'They are absolutely not true.'
'No matter what I say about this, people believe the opposite. I can’t say enough about it not being over,' he said.
Despite Johnny's denials, a number of publications carried pictures and reports that he and Heard enjoyed a trip together to Las Vegas on a private plane.

Depp was in town promoting Dark Shadows, and Vanessa was nowhere to be seen.
It's unclear why Amber was in the gambling town.
Amber was alleged to have joined Johnny in Vegas, and was pictured boarding his private plane the next day,
Johnny and Vanessa have declined to appear at their respective premieres and public events together recently, with the French actress attending her premiere, of Café de Flore in Paris alone, and not accompanying the actor on promotional duties for Dark Shadows.
They are parents to Lily Rose,12, and ten-year-old Jack.

I think part of the appeal of Johnny Depp (for me at least) was that he was a family man, was in a long-term relationship, wasn't in the papers for being drunk/partying/being caught kissing someone and that he didn't court all the press and paparazzi like a lot of other celebs...........looks like those positive attributes might have taken a nosedive :-(

He can get any woman he wants with his money, life is too short to spend life with ugly older woman, like in Pirates of the Caribbean, he will find the elixir of youth with sexy younger woman like this one - manartin, north yorks, 21/6/2012 14:21........ARE YOU FOR REAL? What a shallow creature you must be; no one stays young and beautiful forever, but there's such thing as character and charm and personal magnetism that aren't the exclusive provenance of youth. Vanessa Paradis is lovely and has a special kind of charm. She's an original - not a carbon-copy Barbie beauty. My guess is that she and Depp have grown apart rather than that he's sold out for a younger girl. I think he'll regret it.

Ah well. He can look forward to a lonely old age sitting on the beach of his private desert island wondering where it all went so wrong and what a fool he was for screwing up his kids lives at such a tender age. All those houses, all that money, all that success, didn't buy him peace of mind or happiness. What a disappointment, he's so ordinary, mediocre and predictable after all. - Raffles, UK, 21/6/2012 13:19 ..and 'LISA, LONDON'...why on earth do you both assume that the break up is HIS fault? Talk about a baseless judgment! The break up of a marriage involves TWO people, not just one, and who is to say SHE didn't ask for the split? Just because he's of a certain age, doesn't mean he is looking for a young bit of skirt/having a midlife crisis.

I love Johnny Depp but i have to say if this is true i am very disappointed . I've always admired they relationship between him and Vanessa and to be quite truthful i think she is worth a hundred of Amber what ever her face. Vanessa Paradis is one classy lady and my bet is that she rumbled something was going on and wouldn't stand for it and that Depp is having a very predictable mid life crisis. I think he will rue the day that he allowed himself to be tempted to stray. That young women is no better than she ought to either and it won't be long before she tires of him and finds someone else and drops him like a hot potato. Silly silly man Johnny your relationship with Vanessa is worth far more than a heady fling with some actress who is lets face nothing special.
