Angry fans: Cheryl Cole has been slammed for reportedly charging £350 for a meet and greet package on her upcoming UK tour
She just announced her first ever solo tour of the UK to much excitement from her fans.
But their excitement soon turned to anger after the singer tried to charge £350 for a 'special' backstage meet-and-greet with her after the shows.
Tickets for her tour go on sale this week but last night, TicketWeb announced a £350 package which includes a ticket to the show and a photo with and an autograph from the star backstage.
But her fans reacted badly to this deal and took to the internet to slam the star and express their anger.
Jack Goodband wrote: '£350 to have a 'special' meeting with Cheryl Cole? Depends how special it is.'
Kurstie Martin wrote: '£350 for a MG with Cheryl Cole! After the jubilee disaster I wouldnât pay £3.50!
'No 1 is that special u should have 2 pay 2 meet them #Please.'
Hannah Davies added: '"Omggg meeting cheryl cole is so worth £350 of my well earnt money" said no one ever.'
And Simone Martin said: '£350 for a meetgreet package at Cheryl Cole's tour? Who would pay such a silly amount? I wont pay £10 to meet Santa let alone 350 for her.'
Many also wrote that other pop stars and bands had charged much less for their backstage meet-and-greets.
Hannah Clarke said: 'Why on earth would anyone pay £350 to meet Cheryl Cole? There's only one of her. Even TW's was cheaper than that and there's 5 of them!'

Going it alone: Cheryl, seen here at the Capital FM's Summertime Ball last weekend, will play nine dates across the UK and Ireland in October
And Andrew Kaye added: 'Cheryl Cole meet greets are £350 (Beyonce's are cheaper) You could literally go to Butlins with The Saturdays for a week with that.'
The advertised Platinum Package - which has now been removed from TicketWeb - promised the best seats to fans who would meet the former X Factor judge before or after the show and get an exclusive gift, programme and commemorative laminate.

Sharing their opinions: A couple of Tweeters took to their pages to comment on the meet and greet deal
Cheryl, who was slammed for her shaky vocal performance during the Queen's Jubilee concert, will play nine dates across the UK as part of the A Million Lights tour, starting off in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on October 3 and finishing in her hometown of Newcastle on October 17.
And she took to her own Twitter page to write: 'UK and IRELAND !! Iâm coming to seeee yooooouuuu. #excited.'
Cheryl's representative Sundraj Sreenivasan told Mail Online: 'The meet and greets are that price but all money from the meet and greets are going to the Cheryl Cole Foundation, the charity Cheryl has set up.'

Shaky: Cheryl was slated for her less-than-impressive vocals when she dueted with Gary Barlow at the Queen's Jubilee concert

So I guess the ã350 backstage tickets is trying to make up extra money due to the fact the the arena will probably be half full!

This whole meet and greet issue kicked off yesterday when Journalist Mark Boardman from @markmeets released details of this. @markmeets added "Meet and Greet deals we've seen: Jessie J VIP package: ã110....Cheryl Cole VIP package: ã349, but "She's worth it"".

£350???????? Cheryl, I wouldn't even give you £350 in monopoly money. Then again, that's as fake as your singing !!

Maybe it's time some "stars" remembered that it's the ordinary fan who made them what they are, and thay they should look after their fans and not try to alienate them.

Meh. The proceeds are going to charity (alebit her own), so I don't really see the problem.

£350 to meet that woman? Ok, I accept. Do I get the money in cash or cheque? Why on earth would anyone pay for an audience with Marcel Marceau?

I think she is a bit mixed up poor love. Her management told her to give £350 to any body who was desperate enough to meet her. In a way of compensation for the ordeal of hearing her speak.

Ok - so I just spent the last ten minutes checking out various live footage of her 'singing' live. My ears are soaked in blood and it just baffles me that she's even deemed as some kind of pop star. Are people really that tone deaf? I'm sure she's a lovely girl, but it would be even lovelier if she'd help those who really have talent and can sing and dance at the same time instead of hogging up the spotlight brainwashing people...
