She's never one to shy away from trying out a trend even if it is way ahead of the times.
And yesterday Rita Ora showed off some futuristic footwear as she did a spot of shopping in New York.
The 21-year-old star had a pair of funky boots on, which reflected a spectrum of colours from different angles.

The shiny silver shoes had laces up the front as well as a Velcro strap across the ankle making them appear to be designed for outer space.Â
Rita teamed the unusual heels with an all-black outfit and in keeping with her penchant for unusual eyewear had a pair of rounded pink goggles on display.
The R.I.P. singer was toting around a black handbag with studded detail for the shopping trip to former Sex And The City stylist's Patricia Field's boutique.

Last weekend Rita made a somewhat of a fashion booby suffering a nip slip on stage at Lovebox festival.
Her breast fell out of her tiny white top as she performed at the music event held at London's Victoria Park on Saturday.
The singer also found herself in a bit of a Twitter spat with music maker Calvin Harris.
The Scottish DJ and record producer took to the social networking site after Rita was said to have said she rejected Cheryl Cole's latest track Call My Name.
On Monday Rita tweeted: 'I hate beef and fighting.. So I love u all @calvinharris call me ill explain wat actually happened they twisted it and congratulations. X'
Calvin replied: '@RitaOra me too, thank you luv + good luck with everything !'

Ooo, I like them, although they wouldn't suit me at all! I remember my Crystal Barbie had a dress made of the same material though!

I have to say I love her style, very unique, but she doesnt try too hard unlike people like Lady gaga and Katy Perry. Im looking forward to what she does musically in the future
