Feeding, burping, learning new things every day, being a baby can be hard work. But now tiny tots can relax and wash away the stresses of their day in their very own spa bath - that is, if their parents can afford the £1,358 price tag.
A special hot tub has been created especially for babies and has been designed to give them the ultimate relaxing bath time.
Italian creators Blubleu have designed the mini whirlpool bath to be the height of luxury to make bath time more comfortable for parents as well as their little ones.
Ultimate relaxation: The MagicBath comes with a massage bubble system and LED lights and stands at adult height
The bath stands at adult height on four sturdy legs making kneeling beside and bending over a tub a thing of the past.
Like a jacuzzi, it comes with an inbuilt 'air massage' system, which releases bubbles at the click of a button.
The acrylic invention, for tots up to one year, also has LED lights, which can be set to different colour displays depending on the child's mood. One setting, called 'magic relax', focuses on a soothing sequence of blues and indigos.
Indulgent: The baby spa costs £1,358
Other features of the 'MagicBath' include a digital display, which allows the parent to monitor water temperature.
A spokesman said: 'The MagicBath provides fabulous journey of sensory experiences, water and colour effects for babies.
'The tub is made of acrylic and the air massage system conforms with the safety standards on products used for the care of infants.
'And it is an ergonomically designed to support the newborn in the correct position.'
But with its expensive price, babies will need indulgent parents with cash to spare if they want to experience such a pampering spa treatment before they're out of nappies.

Where does the water go when you are finished? At least with a normal bath, a baby doesn't have far to fall - not the case here.

Or you can just put a washing up bowl on the draining board and slosh some water around inside it with your hands for, what, £2.99 or something like that? I don't know how expensive a plastic washing up bowl is these days, but I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than £1358.

Does it tumble-dry them when you're finished?

How silly.....babies make their own bubbles in the bath, no need to pay £1300 for them!

Oh goody another overpriced piece of equipment that over-competitive mums to be will insist is "child abuse" if you DON'T buy one! It's the Bugaboo craze all over again. I'll still be bathing my baby in the sink when he arrives.

Great idea - we have twins so will be buying two.

If you have millions this is a drop in the ocean. My point being that it's all relative. I couldn't believe my friend spending £30 on a baby bath just because it had Winnie the Pooh on the side but she has more money than me so didn't mind (mine was from Ikea at around £5 I think) and it has served both of my children. jen manchester - my children are both water babies and love a good old soak. I think they get it from me; before them I'd have hour long baths. Now I'm grateful for a 10 minute shower, lol.
