Yesterday it emerged that Melanie Sykes had sent a series of sexually charged messages on social networking site Twitter to her new beau Jack Cockings, 26, openly sharing lusty details of the couple's exploits.
But today the 41-year-old was back to playing happy families with her son Valentino, 7, as the pair went for a spot of lunch together.
Melanie, who has failed to comment on the saucy tweets to her new man, took her youngest child on a shopping trip followed by a bite to eat.

While she might have been on mummy duty the TV presenter donned a short tie dye dress.
The frock did nothing to dispel her sexpot image with a revealing panel cut out at the back.
Neither Melanie nor Jack have commented on the reaction to their Twitter messages to one another, in fact the tweet enthusiasts' silence on the subject speaks volumes.
Last night Mel, who has gained 15,000 more followers in the past 24 hours, thanked her fans for their support.

She said: 'Before I retire to read me book I would like to thank all me little sugar puffs for all your support today. You know who you are. Love ya x'
And today she told followers she needed 'courage' in the wake of the Twitter scandal.
Her boyfriend Jack, who is usually very vocal on the site, replied to a few messages from friends today, posting brief and inoffensive tweets.
Melanie has two children, Roman, 10, and seven-year-old Valentino, from her marriage to Italian actor Daniel Caltagirone, which ended in 2009.

She met Jack through the social networking site last month month and the pair shocked Mel's fans with their revealing messages.
In one of the racy posts Melanie tweeted that she had 'the giddiest knickers of my life' and told Jack: 'I've got the raging horn, please take me'.
In another, smitten Melanie wrote: 'Jack the rabbit I need some bunny love so hop to it!! Xxx boing boing!!! Loooooool xxxxxxx'.

He replied: 'Only if I can bounce into your face! Xxx', to which she asked: 'Will you fill mine? Xxx'.
Melanie and Jack have deleted the majority of the outrageous posts.
The mother-of-two, who is known for fronting family-friendly shows told Jack: ‘My white jeans can't take it anymore gonna have to rip these babies off! X’ and ‘my throat is inflamed can you help? : )’.
As well as sharing a series of raunchy messages Melanie has also uploaded a series of snaps of her and Jack.

Jack initially sent flirty tweets to glamour model Jodie Marsh and pop star Cheryl Cole under the username @bespokespartan before turning his attentions to Melanie when they ignored him.
Melanie, who shot to fame on the Boddingtons beer ads, finally succumbed to Jack's tweets earlier this month and met him at a bar in London's Mayfair.
Melanie, who once dated Bros singer Matt Goss and actor Max Beesley, married Italian actor Caltagirone in 2001, giving birth to son Roman in 2002 and Valentino two years later.

Earlier this year she was dating personal trainer Craig Eleftheriou, who is 13 years younger than her.
Melanie has appeared on I'm A Celebrity and reported for The Big Breakfast as well as fronting shows including Today With Des And Mel and Missing Millions.
She recently teamed up with TV chef Gino D'Acampo to present ITV1 daytime show Let's Do Lunch With Gino Mel.

Yes, she does look brilliant. However, she has lowered her stock unfortunately. She is now the pin up for the 'Jeremy Kyle' audience now. The ones that go on about 'haters'. The men who go around groping women in tacky nightclubs will be madly in love with her. The women that pee in public toilets with cubicle doors open so they can chat with their mates will aspire to be her. Shame.

There's nothing wrong with sending such things to your lover/partner/whatever via a private medium. Although I'm pushing 38 so would rather do it face to face. To do it in such a public fashion, when you've got kids who could use such media, when you're "famous" as much as this woman is, is totally misguided and rather worrying. However the fact is that most men will have fallen in love even deeper with Melanie after reading this - she's fit as, she clearly loves sex and doesn't care who knows it and is keen to please her man. For all the negative comments, most girls could learn a lot from her.
